  • understand what is knowledge management, and what are role and goals of knowledge management systems (KMS) in a company
  • understand the goals and core functions of KMS components
  • can recognize whether an instrument is appropriate for a given KMS-task
  • understand the basics of text mining methods
  • understand how to build models for conventional and multi-label classification tasks
  • can evaluate classification models
  • can use instruments for simplified KMS solutions
and have thus acquired the necessary basics to be able to design WMS solutions.

  • Knowledge management methods for explicit and tacid knowledge, including document management and text mining
