Angestrebte Lernergebnisse:
Graduates of this module...

• develop an understanding of industrial design
• deal with the “Ten Theses of Good Design” by Dieter Rams and are able to apply them to projects
• develop an understanding of the design of current IT products
• are able to develop and evaluate the design of current IT products

Inhalt:

• As part of this course, participants will apply their newly acquired knowledge of design to IT products. The “Ten Theses of Good Design” developed by Dieter Rams are used here.
• In addition, other approaches such as John Maeda's “Simplicity: The Ten Laws of Simplicity” will be applied.

• 2 SWS seminar = 28h
• 2 SWS exercise = 28h

Independent work:

• Preparation and follow-up of lecture Development of solutions for the exercise 124h
