Inhalt:
- In this module, theoretical knowledge and practical skills in dealing with Scrum are taught. The event consists of three parts.
- In an introductory part, the necessary concepts of the Scrum process model are presented in two lectures and an introduction to the technologies necessary for successful project implementation is given.
- In the main part of the event, a project will be implemented using Scrum in a 1-week block event. This is done in project teams of 4-5 participants. During this phase, Scrum meetings with the supervisors take place 2 times a day. As a result, the participants learn to develop purposefully and efficiently according to this development model.
- The block event will take place in one week during the lecture-free period. Of course, there is a duty of attendance here.
- For successful implementation in the project work, each participant is expected to carefully familiarize himself with the necessary technologies.
- After the completion of the project week, the participants reflect on their experiences and summarize them. These results will then be discussed in a joint closing event.
Arbeitsaufwand:
