  • Students are able to work in a team on a given project with milestone orientation
  • Students are able to coordinate and conduct a semester long project, including goal setting and budgeting
  • Students are able to plan and structure a project according to given milestones
  • Students understand the importance of responsibility, leadership, delegation, coordination of tasks in a team
  • Students are able to implement and conduct a practical simulation project on a real world task
  • Students know how to develop and comply with success and quality criteria
  • Students have the ability to look back and reflect on their role in the team and their contribution to the joint result

Content:

  • Basics of project management and teamwork
  • Implementation of the contents of “Introduction to Simulation” in a real project.
