**Intended learning outcomes:**

- Students are able to work in a team on a given project with milestone orientation
- Students are able to coordinate and conduct a semester long project, including goal setting and budgeting
- Students are able to plan and structure a project according to given milestones
- Students understand the importance of responsibility, leadership, delegation, coordination of tasks in a team
- Students are able to implement and conduct a practical simulation project on a real world task
- Students know how to develop and comply with success and quality criteria
- Students have the ability to look back and reflect on their role in the team and their contribution to the joint result

  
**Content:**

- Basics of project management and teamwork
- Implementation of the contents of “Introduction to Simulation” in a real project.

**Workload:** 56 h teammeetings and presentations 94 h project work
